Name: lightning ball jutsu
Rank: B-rank
description: It makes one big ball of lightning that you throw at your your enemy. It is so affective because from its size it makes it hard to dodge. It also resembles the fire style technique fire ball jutsu.

Name: lightning dragon jutsu
Rank: B-rank
Description: It creates a large dragon of lightning which is very useful against water style techniques. It resembles the water style technique water dragon jutsu.

Description: This technique resembles the body flicker technique, but it causes the user to move at high speeds, and leave static feeling in the air.

Name: Lightning Clone jutsu
Rank: B-rank
Description: This jutsu makes a clone of the user out of lightning. The technique requires a lot of chakra and is very tiring.

Name: Lightning Prison jutsu
Rank: A-rank
Description: This jutsu makes a dome around the user and his enemy with a radius of fifty feet and one hundred feet high.

Description: Makes a clone of the user out of water. This jutsu can only be used near water.

Description: This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, reducing visibility within the affected area. The density can be controlled by the user, allowing them to create a mist so thick that even they can't see through it.

Description: This jutsu makes a large dragon out of water to crash in to his enemy. The downside is it needs to be used near a large body of water.

Name: Chidori
Rank: A-rank
Description: This jutsu channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces. Chidori can also be used to simply give the opponent a large electrical shock without cutting them. This jutsu has a major drawback, however. The speed at which the attack must be done, combined with the fact that the user must run in a straight line, causes a tunnel vision-like effect for the user. This allows the enemy to easily counter the attack, making it a potentially lethal move for the user. Though this drawback would seem to make learning the technique fairly pointless. As an additional drawback, the large amount of chakra required limits its use to a few times a day. Should the user attempt to go beyond their limit, all of their chakra will be drained and their very life force could go along with it, killing them. An additional problem, though not necessarily a debilitating one, is the fact that the large amount of chakra can also injure the user's hand if they put too much force into the attack.

Name: Chidori Blade

Description: Ikazuchi uses his Katana to channel an extremely powerful Chidori capable of shocking anything in its path. It can be noted that this technique is more of a use on water, because the lightning current produced is carried on the entire surface making it more difficult for the enemy to avoid it.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate lightning chakra from his body, instead of concentrating it in his hand. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead only paralyzing its victims. By sending the current into the ground Ikazuchi can stun opponents from a distance. Ikazuchi can also channel the electricity through metallic weapons like his katana, increasing their cutting power, as well as making body parts numb by cutting them.

Name: Chidori Senbon
Rank: A-rank
Description: Ikazuchi reshapes the Chidori in his hand into the form of countless senbon. It has more specialized speed than the normal Chidori and can cause damage throughout multiple places on the body. Chidori Senbon can become even more effective by using it together with the Kowledge of the body all ANBU have, allowing one to precisely shoot for the enemy's vital points.

Name: Chidori Sharp Spear
Rank: A-rank
Description: Ikazuchi increases the range of his Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 5 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades, up to one foot in length, upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict though these additional blades are a large amount weaker than a single focused one. The blade however can be swung in order to cut things as well as cause injuries.

Name: Lightning hound
Rank: A-rank
Description: By manipulating lightning chakra into the dominant hand, the user can make the lightning expand to create the form of a hound. The hound-shape remains connected to the user's hand with a bolt of lightning, allowing them to control it during its attack. Being a Lightning Release ninjutsu, it requires a large amount of chakra from the user to maintain and thus is a risk to use with a low chakra supply.

Name: Lightning destruction
Rank: B-rank
Description: The user places his hands to the ground after converting their chakra in to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the target. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates large amounts of heat and power.

Name: Waterfall Basin technique

Description: This jutsu will summon a large amount of water from the ground to form a wave to drench the area.

Name: Water Shark Jutsu
Rank: B-rank
Description: This technique forces water to attack the opponent in the form of a shark and is very similar to Water Dragon Jutsu, which also creates a creature out of water to crash it onto the opponent.

Name: Water Fang Bullet Jutsu
Rank: B-rank
Description: This jutsu creates a circle of crushing water spikes around the opponent. It is very difficult to evade, however it will also require a sufficient water source nearby the target.

Name: Water Wall Jutsu
Rank: B-rank
Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. This wall of water is especially effective at stopping fire techniques. The wall can be formed from a preexisting water source.

Name: Lightning Wall jutsu
Rank: A-rank
Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of lightning around the user. This wall of lightning is especially effective at stopping water techniques.

Name: Water whip Jutsu
Rank: B-rank
Description: The user creates a whip made of water that can wrap around the opponent. The user can also funnel lightning chakra to shock anyone wrapped in it.

Name: Lightning Release armor (weakened)
Rank: A-rank
Description: By wrapping his body in a layer of Lightning chakra, the user can electrically stimulate his nervous system and speed up his neural synapses to react faster to danger and push his physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain greater speed and power.
This has a major drawback though, if you use the technique for to long your chakra will be depleted and you be extremely weaked or knocked out. The jutsu does provide increased defense as well, the user can block most C-rank jutsu and some B-rank jutsu with reduced damage. He can increase his speed even more by combining his Lightning Step technique with it, but it does not increase drastically.

Name: Shadow Clone Jutsu
Rank: A-rank
Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.

Unlike other clone techniques, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person. In the anime, Sasuke Uchiha claims that the Sharingan can distinguish clones from the original, however various events throughout the series seem to indicate that this is not the case, implying that the Sharingan was merely used to keep track of the original's movements


-Bloodline Jutsu-

Name: Golden Lightning tree jutsu
Rank: A-rank
Description: The user places both of his hands in the air infront of him, and then from a small orb of lightning that shoots a small stream of lightning that expands about ten feet in the shape of a pillar then starts to branch out. This jutsu fades as the user removes his hands from they were placed. This isn't a actual tree it just takes the form of one. The branches will lengthens another five feet and expand ten feet all around. This jutsu can be avoided by quickly back pedaling. Due to the amount of chakra need to perform this jutsu he doesn't use it often. The longer the jutsu is held the more chakra is needed, and the user can't move and sustain this jutsu he must stand still.

Description: This jutsu engulfs the user's dominate arm with sprialing lightning. The speed of it increases depending on the user.
