Name: Body flicker technique.

Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and their intended destination.

Description: This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

Description: his jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja.

Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Fundamentally, all ninja know this.

Description: Haran Banshou is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Fuuka will create a waterfall to slam into her opponent.





Name: Mizuame Nabara

Description: Mizuame Nabara is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel a sticky liquid from his gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows Izumo or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well.

Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

Description: Daibakuryuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a vortex of water will form, sucking anything on the surface above it down to the depths below.

Description: Daibakufu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a column of water will circle the ninja and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away.

Description: uijinheki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja will first do a string of hand seals and then proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth to act as a water barrier from incoming attack.

Description: Yomi Numa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth element. After forming the needed handseals, a vast swamp can appear beneath his target to sink and kill it. (lasts for 4 posts)

Fuuinjutsu

Description:

By Placing a seal upon the targets body, (Takes one post), The user may activated this jutsu afterwards; by using the seal as a medium of sorts the user will transfer a portion of charka along with a portion of their conscious. This renders the users body in a trance like state as long as the jutsu is active. Once the transfer has taken place, the user will mind themselves in the targets, mind represented their feelings and past experiences. Once in this zone, the user may plant thoughts and doubts, through simple words. With the usage of their will the user may seal away memories and the like, but with out a protective jutsu the user runs the risk of leaving their parts of their memories instead. If the target realizes what’s happening to them, they may resist this through their will, turning it into an “Inner battle” of sorts. Resisting is difficult to impossible, if the user is fighting in the real world or unconscious. Of Course the draw back for the usage of his jutsu is lacking body control for the whole time the jutsu is active, which can be no more than 8 posts; the user will then suffer a 12 post cool of which for three of them they willn suffer charka blockage, preventing any jutsu over E rank to be used, afterwards with each passing post the next jutsu level will be useable again. This may be used in conjunction with other jutsu.

Everything is approved except for kokoro...Because of my intentions for that jutsu another mod or admin must approve that jutsu.
