What does it do: By placing his chakra into a weapon or an object, Kurokotsu can give it a magnetic charge. This allows him to bind opponents to metal objects or cause weapons to fly out of their grasp. Kurokotsu can change the charge at will.

Name: Magnetic Explosion Jutsu

What does it do: Kurokotsu focuses on a group of charged items and assigns them all the same charge, causing them to violently push away from each other. The best use of this technique is to focus on a large number of ninja tools in an opponent and cause them to shoot out in every direction, causing severe damage.

What does it do: Kurokotsu forms a barrier of his chakra that repels enemy attacks and also gives any objects that touch this barrier a magnetic charge of his choosing.

What does it do: By sending bursts of his chakra through the charged objects, Kurokotsu can slow or even stop nerve and muscle movements by his foe.

Name: Lightning Combat Jutsu

Rank: A-rank

What does it do: Kurokotsu surrounds his body with his chakra, gaining a yellow aura around his body. His every strike combines his most basic of techniques, by slowing reaction time and giving struck objects a magnetic charge. This aura also increases his other jutsu.

Name: Lightning Strike Jutsu

What does it do: Focusing his chakra into his hands, Kurokotsu fires a bolt of chakra lightning at his target. The metallic rods inside the foe act as multiple lightning rods, directing the technique to them and making it harder for this move to miss.

only thing I have to say is that for such high effectiveness of some of the jutsu (nerve paralysis), is there any drawback?

Lightning jutsu are widely known for having high power, but also high chakra usage, right up there with Fire style. So he wouldn't be able to use the more powerful ones that often before he runs out of chakra.

Name: Chaotic Cage Jutsu

Rank: B-rank

What does it do: By summoning four of his rods and charging them up with his chakra, Kurokotsu plants them in a box around his foe and causes lightning to shoot between them, forming a full cage as large bolts cross across the top and seal the foe in.

Name: Eternal Binding Jutsu, Part One

Rank: A-rank

What does it do: Kurokotsu summons five of his metal rods and creates a circle around five feet across with them. If he can guide his enemy into the circle, he activates it with his chakra, causing bolts of lightning to stretch out of the rods and form ropes which then bind the opponent. As the ropes then tighten, the five pillars collapse onto the enemy and further bind them.

Name: Eternal Suffering Jutsu, Part Two

Rank: A-rank

What does it do: Kurokotsu focuses his chakra on the metallic poles that have collapsed on his foe, and forces them to fan out, forming a circle of sorts around the target's midsection, the five making a basic star with the foe in the center. Using his chakra further, Kurokotsu causes the rods to spin quickly, electricity jumping between the tips. As they reach maximum speed, they start to pull inward, applying increasing pressure to the stomach area of the person being targeted. As soon as they begin the retraction, they also begin to slow down, going to a stop. As they stop, the arcing lightning flies toward the person in the middle.

Duration: Two turn duration, damage only occuring at the end. This move can only be used during Eternal Binding Jutsu, Part One, and unless used the turn immediately following the last technique, the enemy will have time to escape before it causes damage.

Name: Magnetic Clone Jutsu

Rank: B-rank

What does it do: Kurokotsu channels his chakra, forming two clones. They are made of mud and rock on the outside, but have lightning chakra at their core so when they are injured, they release that energy as an attack. Each one has a kunai in each hand, which they can assign a charge to and stick in the opponent. After they have used both kunai, they disintegrate and shoot out the lightning energy, the charged kunai acting as lightning rods.
