Effects: Increase chakra pools by 20%, increases Ryu's speed, strength, and reflex time by 15%, also increases the intensity of all fire based jutsu and attacks he uses.

Drawback: Physical Body Strain: Everytime this seal is used, Ryu's body is put under great strain. When the seal is used up, he will be extremely tired for a certain amount of time.

Chakra Loss: Everytime this seal is used, Ryu gains an immense amount of chakra. However, when it retracts, the seal takes away a large amount of chakra, just barely enough for 2-3 C-rank jutsu.
