Forms a blast of tornado shooting it at the enemy, depending on how much chakra put into it depends on the damage it can deal. Tornadoes comes out from the users hand at the opponent at a horizontal direction.

Jutsu: Wind Shield

Creates a shield of wind which the caster of the jutsu can hold in either hand to fend of enemy attacks, it can also be used to bash opponents away. Also if used correctly the caster of the spell can cast of tornado while using Wind Shield.
