Bio: The Hitokari Bloodline allows for a person to fight with both Jutsu's and weapons, at his current level Yondaime can only utilize the basic abilities of this bloodline, they allow The user to have heightened senses and strength, even the users speed is doubled. To beginning users this Bloodline is basically useful for taijutsu mainly. When A user reaches the genin level he can use basic fire techniques with ease, upon reaching a chuninn rank a user can use Chakra infused weapons, such as a kunai or a ninja blade. When a user reaches the Jonin rank the strength of this is near tippled as a user can use an array of fire jutsus as well as combine them with there taijutsu and their weapon for devastating fire combination attacks. if a user becomes a special jonin or higher the user may make a personal jutsu, not a extremely powerful, but this jutsu is usable by only members in this bloodline

Visual effects: The user's chakra is turned to a bright ember, it usually appears around the users hands. When a higher amount of chakra is used it takes the form of an actuall flame ensnaring the person's whole body.
