Name: Banshi (Certain Death)

What kind of weapon: Ninjato/chakra blade

What does it look like: Banshi’s blade is pitch black in colour and has the Kanji for death engraved on it just above the hand guard. Shin usually carries it mounted across his back with the handle facing upwards.

What does it do: Banshi is a typical chakra blade and is able to be infused with Wind natured chakra in order to increase cutting range and sharpness & lightning chakra to give a numbing effect. Banshi is also coated with a potent poison that changes effect depending on the number of times it is implanted into a person, the effect can only change 5 times currently. The 5 effects are:

1. Shortness of Breath
2. Blurring of vision
3. Uncontrollable Shaking Hands
4. Numbness to the legs
5. Reduced cognitive speed
