Description of Bloodline: This bloodline grants the user to have the Saigagan which there is only one user every generation. Saigagan is a special eye Kekkei Genkai that changes eye color depending on motions. All of the Saigagan start with a type of water jutsu. The eye color also changes the user itself and the jutsu. The Saigagan can be used for effectively when the user knows more ninjutsu elements.
Eye colors:
Gold = Calm = This is the normal eye color of a Saigagan user. Jutsu is also normal during this eye color.
Red = Mad = The body turns hotter and can burn the opponent when mastered. Jutsu becomes hotter and when mastered along with fire jutsu can cause the jutsu to steam.
Blue = Relaxed = The body turns colder and can almost nullify body parts of the opponent when mastered. Jutsu becomes colder and when mastered along with wind jutsu can cause the jutsu to turn to ice.
Yellow = Excited = The user can run faster and jump higher when mastered. Jutsu becomes faster and when mastered along with electricity jutsu can shock the opponent.
Green = Determined = The body turns harder when mastered. Jutsu becomes heavier and when mastered along with earth jutsu can slow the opponent (mud).
Each eye color full potential is unlocked only when the user learns the appropriate elemental jutsu.
