Description of Bloodline:When you use the jutsu storm cloud,it activates Raikou Buyou.There is a sheild of lightning surrounding him but you can only attack with it through his ninja art.The sky around were the battle is taking place gets filled with thunder storm clouds.When in Kekkei Genkai state he can not be hurt by lightning.Genin can use 10 ninja art,chuunin 20,jonin can use 30 ninja art.
This Kekkei Genkai is very strong against water and ice.
