An accident with a tree

Quiet walked in the forest, staring cautiously, the kusangi in his hand twirling round and round, he then set up a non-flamable wale on a tree, then made handsigns and shouted "Katon: Housenka no jutsu!" a bunch of mini fireballs come out of his mouth, all hitting the target except for 1. which wildly flew off course and hit a tree, and the tree set on fire.
Quiet was worried, he didn't have any water, the nearest lake was not that far away but he wasnt trained in Suiton, he waved his sword back and forth infront of the fire, hoping to put it out, but only making it worse.

Cries, the instincs inside him was to get help, the village of the sun wasn't that far away. he could probally get there before the fire starts spreading, the jounin can use the suiton and put out the fire. He cheered silently at the idea and ran to the sun. Several minutes later Quiet and 2 jounin headed back to the forest, the fire had spread alot, it had spread more then quiet thought it would, about 1/10th of the forest was on fire. The jounins headed to the lake and called forth a water dragon and aimed it right at the fire, Quiet shouted with glee, but the glee ended as soon as it started, it did put out part of the fire, but then the leaves just caught fire again as quickly as he got caught, and only grew bigger, the jounin cried with shock, and then they ran back and an anbu squad went back with them the Anbu tried the same thing, but no avail either.

2 hours later:

The village of the sun was once again peaceful. after the huge fire that started and almost burned down half of the forest, the boy named quietkid was supposed to go to trial, besides, as far as they knew, there were only 5 uchihas left, Itachi, Sasuke, Ryusaki, Zenaku and Quietkid, what difference would 1 less of them make? Quiet was sent to death because of the destruction he causes, but the Kage (who came in late) had a soft spot for Uchihas and was grateful that 1 of them were in his village. So quiet was just sentenced to never go alone in the forest again, and his reputation just went from Friendly to Honored, because only the other Uchihas, the Kage and the Court knew he was an Uchiha. Now all the rest of the village knew he was one Also, From now own he trained in a private Castle he was given for free, courtesy of the Kage. He also had a private special jounin sensei, which also looked for a another few squad members, but everyone who he seemed to have a match to him were already in squads. So he traveled to other villages looking for Squad Members, it was part of the Internation Village Savior Plan, where villages represent 1 person or more from their village to join a squad. But no avail either.

Henshu Sighed, looking at his Sensei then at himself. They were both torn up from the traveling they did, and Henshu had to fight alot of genins, ones that were matched were supposed to be placed in his group, but usually all the good Genins that matched him were already in squads, getting prepared for the Chuunin Exams. "Sensei, why are all the genin that compare to me going already in groups, aren't there more, more of me? More Uchihas, the only ones i know are Itachi and Sasuke, but theres rummors that theres supposed to be 2 more, why cant those Genin join our squad? think about it, a Squad of Uchiha Clan Kids, How cool would that be?" Henshu asked, Zach (His sensei, NPC) looked back at him "well... actually i don't know why..." He blinked oddly, Henshu sighed and walked around the village heading to the mansion, 30 minutes later he comes out with a C+ rank Mission:
Mission: The Temple of Souls

Objective: Retrieve the Scroll of Spirits

Giver's Exact Words: "Henshu, i left this scroll back at the temple of Souls, you remember the underground passage leading to it, i showed you right? Anyways, the pathway will lead you under the Sand Village and right next to the Staircase leading to the Temple, the Scroll is inside the Temple, i warn you, Rouges live there, and the temple is like a maze, so it might take a little while..."

Quiet stared oddly at the Scroll alot of times, the nods to Zach and the 2 Jounin also accompining him, then runs off.
