Akatsuki & Syndcate

Akatsuki (暁; Literally meaning "Dawn" or "Daybreak") is a criminal organization of S-Class missing-nin and is the most wanted group in all of the shinobi world. Their main goal is to collect all of the tailed beasts for their plan. least to accomplish their task even though they have a mutual problems with each other. The organization is rarely fully assembled, as seen in the end of Part I, when one member said it was the first time in seven years when they were all together.

Akatsuki is widespread, spanning several countries with agents in various places. When one team finds a tailed beast and has to begin the job of sealing the beast, they have hidden hideouts with many traps ready, to do the three-day long jutsu. What Akatsuki does on this site is completely up to them. They may try and do their believed role align themselves with a village or whatever. They can also meld themselves with syndicate to create one primary organization. There are allowed to be 9 primary member s of this organization and 6 apprentice members. To be an apprentice member you must at least be b-rank and to be a primary member you must at least be S-rank. Apprentice members can be undercover in other villages and organizations.


Syndicate: Essentially like akatsuki this organization can have more primary members but less apprentice members. Also instead of the founder running this organization, it is whoever is either voted in charge or has beaten other members in combat for command. Their goals are completely up to those involved, and what they do. As stated with akatsuki they can join another nation or whatever it overall is completely up to the members. To be a primary member you must at least be a A-rank missing nin. To be a apprentice you must at least be B-rank missing nin. There are allowed to be up to 15 primary members and 3 apprentice members. The apprentices can be spread out as "undercover" with other nations as sasori had with the sand village and kabuto was initially with orochimaru.
