What does it do: This jutsu allows the users to appear and disappear in an instant. This is very useful when trying to escape or attack suddenly. The users often uses nearby elements, like mist, sand or leaves, to mask their disappearance or appearance.

Name: Suiton: Suiryudan no Jutsu

What does it do: A powerful attack that creates a huge current of water in the shape of a dragon, which is sent towards the opponent. Except when used by extremely powerful ninja, this jutsu can only be done when in or near a body of water.

My apologise, i guess i misunderstood, i have edited my first post too contain only the first two jutsu. Sorry for the inconvience.

I'm gonna quote myself. For you and others after its ok to have 4. But for everyone else in chuunin exams it has to remain that way until after.

So how do i find out my rank? and is it 2 for academy, then 2 for genin.

right now, acads only have acad jutsu like shadow clone, substitution jutsu, and transformation jutsu. When you rank up to genin you are allowed to gain 4 new jutsu by applying for them like you did here. If you are an academy student you can still apply for these jutsu you just wont be able to use them until genin. Also, for your shunshin no jutsu, thats actually higher ranked than D rank. That's the body flicker jutsu that Yondaime the 4th Hokage used. So I would like you to make a new jutsu which does something similar to the effects but tone down the uses for it a bit. After fixing that you have two more jutsu you can add to this list.
